Vic’s Market presents a high-octane and energetic skate part humorously titled, “Skateboarding is A Crime.” Complete with masked men and destruction of things both big and small, this is definitely the way to ring in the new year. As the weather is going to inevitably turn from bad to worse, the outdoor action is certainly a welcome sight.
